Ponds, Site Prep, Clearing & Dirt Work

Built Around Dirt Work That Changes How You Use Your Land

We move dirt, shape ground, clear obstacles, and prepare property for whatever needs to happen next.

Wild Boar Land Management was formed in 2018 around a straightforward kind of work: taking on the heavy equipment jobs that help property owners make better use of their land.

A piece of property doesn’t always come ready for what you have planned. You may need a pond dug for livestock, wildlife, recreation, or another use. The ground may need clearing and grading before construction can begin. Trees and brush may be blocking access. An unwanted structure may need to come down. A driveway may need to be cut in to reach a home, field, wooded area, or recreational property.

That’s where we get to work.

Pond building and site preparation are a major part of what we do. We excavate pond basins, move soil, shape slopes, rough grade sites, level ground, and prepare property for its next use. Our work also includes land clearing and forestry mulching, demolition, and driveway installation.

We work on residential, rural, agricultural, recreational, and undeveloped properties. Every piece of ground is different, so we look at what is there, what needs to change, and what the property owner plans to do with it.

We keep our approach straightforward. Talk through the job. Figure out what the ground needs. Bring in the heavy equipment and do the work in front of us. Whether the project starts with thick brush, uneven ground, an old structure, or a piece of untouched property, our focus stays on getting the land ready for its next purpose.

About us

How We Work

1

Straight Talk

Land work doesn't need a complicated sales pitch. We talk through what needs to happen on the property and keep the conversation focused on the work ahead.

2

Purpose Behind the Work

Moving dirt is only part of the job. We keep the property's next use in mind whether we're digging a pond, grading a site, clearing ground, or creating access.

3

Ready for the Work

Some jobs start with brush, rough terrain, unwanted structures, or a lot of dirt to move. We take on heavy equipment work built around changing the ground itself.
